Praia de Xaréu

Xaréu Beach is about 8 km away from Maragogi’s downtown. Like most of the area, its waters are crystal clear and warm, making it a stunning scenery. Xaréu differs from the other beaches because it forms a sort of lagoon during low tide. It has a large stretch of fine sand, perfect waters and coconut trees that form its vegetation.

Due to its low level of waters and the fact that there is no trade there, it became a great place for buggy rides, water sports such as sailing, or just to cool off in its waters. An important tip is to take food and drinks with you when you go there, but it’s essential that you remember to collect the garbage before leaving.
