Porto de Galinhas

Porto de Galinhas is about 80 km away from Salinas do Maragogi, halfway between Maragogi and Recife. The tour to the beach takes about 1:30h and departs directly from the resort, with all the comfort, security and convenience. 

The beach is also home to the Hippocampus Project, which is responsible for the preservation of the local seashore fauna, and has a Visitor’s Center where you can see several species of these curious animals.

Porto de Galinhas is also nationally recognized for its cuisine: restaurants such as Gratin, Peixe na Telha and Beijupirá are worth a visit to enjoy the best of the excellent seafood cuisine.

Also in the city of Ipojuca, where Porto de Galinhas is located, you can visit Maracaípe Beach and Muro Alto Beach.
