WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR IDENTIFICATION PURPOSES UPON CHECK-IN?

1) Documents for children (Birth Certificate, ID Card or Passport). All documents must be original. Photocopies, student ID, health insurance, vaccination cards, etc. are not accepted.

2) Notarized Permission for Minors to stay at a hotel. There are three different cases. Check which one applies to the minor:
*Accommodation for Unaccompanied Minor
*Accommodation for Minor Accompanied by One Parent Only
*Accommodation for Minor Accompanied by Legal Guardian
Please note: Do not confuse Authorization for Travel with Permission for Minors to stay at a hotel.

3) Documents for Adults (ID Card, Driver’s License or Passport)

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in: 2 p.m.
Check-out: 12 p.m.

DOES THE RESORT HAVE WI-FI? IS IT FREE?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available across the resort.

IS THERE FREE PARKING?

Yes, there is private complimentary parking available on site (no reservation required).

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Pets are not allowed at the resort, except for guide dogs.

HOW DOES THE FAMILY PLAN WORK?

Free admission for 1 child up to 12 years old, staying with two adults in the same Standard room.

Free admission for 2 children up to 12 years old, staying with two adults in the same Beach Room, Master Suite, Beach Suite and Family Suite.

IS THE POWER OUTLET VOLTAGE 110V OR 220V?

The outlets in the rooms are 220V. The resort provides free outlet adapters and power transformers upon request.

HOW DOES THE HONEYMOON PACKAGE WORK?

The honeymoon package is an optional package that offers some special items for couples to make their stay even more special. The package includes: Linens specially acquired for the occasion (towels, blankets and tableware), special amenities in the bathroom, scented candles, 01 Breakfast served in the room (the couple’s 1st breakfast), 01 Exclusive romantic dinner by the beach, bathrobes embroidered with guest names, daily turndown service and special decoration with local flowers. A one-time fee of BRL 486.00 will be charged when purchasing this package.

HOW CAN I BOOK A TRANSFER SERVICE?

We have a partnership with Tropicana, which provides this service. Two-way transfer costs BRL 220.00 fortwo. A fee of BRL 55.00 is charged for each additional adult. Free admission for children between the ages of 1 and 5 and BRL 100.00 for children between the ages of 6 and 11 (two-way transfer). A BRL 50.00 fee will be charged for children under the age of 1, and the transfer will provided in a private car with baby seat. WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Visa, MasterCard and American Express (up to 10 interest-free installments), or bank deposit. If you choose to book and pay by card, within 48 hours, you will receive a call from the hotel asking about your preferred number of payment installments. If you choose to make a deposit, you will receive the hotel’s bank account information, and only have to make the deposit equal to one night’s rate; the remaining balance can be paid in installments (up to 10 interest-free installments) or upon check-out (up to 4 interest-free installments).
